If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital and live reading services, refunds are not issued once a session has been purchased or a reading has begun. Please ensure you are ready and available before booking.
What happens if I need to leave before my turn?
Life happens — I get it. If you have to leave before your turn is called, you’re welcome to return during my next live and you will be taken first, before the new queue begins. Please note that same-session queue spots cannot be held, so if you need immediate priority placement, the Express Slot is available for $50 and guarantees you’re seen right away. If you have already purchased a Standard Slot use code UPGRADE111 for $16 off an Express Slot to skip the line.
How do I book a private reading?
At this time, all private readings are booked exclusively through Purple Ocean. You can find my booking link in my bio. I am not available for private bookings through DMs, social media, or any third-party platform — Purple Ocean is the only official way to secure your session.
Will you ever reach out to me first?
No — I will never DM or contact anyone first to offer a reading or booking. All sessions are initiated by the client. If someone messages you claiming to be SoftWarning, please report it immediately.
