Hi, I’m Regina Roberts — creator of the Soft Life Series and founder of Vanguard Facility Solutions LLC.

I created the Soft Life Series as a space for healing, self-care, reflection, and personal growth for women who are ready to slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. My passion is helping women move beyond survival mode and begin creating lives rooted in peace, confidence, intentional living, and emotional wellness.

Through guided workbooks, journals, and wellness-focused resources, my goal is to inspire women to prioritize themselves, embrace softness, and become the healthiest version of who they are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

The Soft Life Series was created with love, purpose, and the belief that every woman deserves a life filled with peace, clarity, balance, and self-worth.
