♡ - ✔ Assets made by Soleia3D may be used on COMPLETE models for Commercial, Free, Public, Nitro/Discord Sub & Commissions¹.

• On all Models (free or paid) where the package is received by the customer, please ONLY INCLUDE THE TEXTURES USED, not every texture.
• When used on a paid model, the model CANNOT be priced lower than the most expensive asset used from my shop. (ie. A $10 asset cannot go on a paid avatar priced less than $10)
• ¹ For commissions, all involved parties must own a license for the product.

♡ - ✔ Assets and models made by Soleia3D can be used for VTubing with proper credit.

♡ - ✔ ALL meshes made by Soleia3D are for VRCHAT ONLY unless given explicit permission by Soleia personally.

♡ - ✔ Editing any product from Soleia3D is fine as long as it is still credited as (product name) by Soleia3D, even if heavily edited.

♡ - ✔ AI - I have no problem with assets I've made being run through AI if they are on a completed model. I just ask that the AI created/altered image is used for Personal Use only, Non-Commercial.

♡ - ✘ DO NOT Sell/Re-sell any Soleia3D assets/models by itself/claiming as your work is prohibited. Anything purchased from Soleia3D MUST be on a *Complete Model

♡ - ✘ DO NOT Asset Farm from purchased models OR models made by Soleia3D. This is prohibited.

♡ - ✘ DO NOT Share any product by Soleia3D to friends/leaking/trading/price splitting.

♡ - ✘ DO NOT Share codes for server exclusive assets, if you do: the code will be REMOVED and the assets may no longer be available.

♡ - ✘ DO NOT refuse self-identifiers. If you do not fill out your Discord Username & VRChat Username at checkout, (plus gift recipients information if gifting) your ability to access the files will be revoked & you will be banned from purchasing. It is required to share this information to use my products.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer a limited refund policy. This means that we will not offer refunds once you have downloaded the digital product.

Download (no matter how many items in purchase) has to be 0 in order to qualify for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund :

- ♡ Product must have not been downloaded.

- ♡ Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.

- ♡ You have not violated my terms of service.

- ♡ Provide a valid reasoning for refund and have followed all terms of service protocols. (ie. duplicate purchase)

Refund Approval

If your request is approved, your refund will be returned through your original form of payment.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

REMINDER you are not guaranteed a refund by submitting a request, especially if not meeting eligibility terms.

You can be BANNED from my store or Discord due to misbehavior or broken TOS of either myself or creators I support.

Breaking terms of anything listed in Sections 1-3 above can result in you being banned/blacklisted, I reserve the right to remove/revoke someone's access to files at anytime due to their conduct and refuse further service. Refunds are not given when this occurs as the agreement made to follow TOS is broken.

BANNED OR REVOKED TOS

These rules apply to all assets: free, nitro, paid and commissioned assets.

・If you have been banned or blacklisted from my store or Discord, use of all avatars or assets for Personal / Commercial / Public / Free is completely revoked.

・Any assets I, Soleia3D, helped create falls under the umbrella of my blacklist and is not allowed to be used by blacklisted/banned users. It may not be on my shop, but it is still my work. [Ie. Anything I rig, texture, make meshes for, etc.]

You may appeal a ban/blacklist 6-12 months after the decision. Timeline is based on severity. Appeal is not guaranteed to be accepted.

- ♡ You are allowed to edit ANY Soleia3D product to your liking. This includes removing mesh, re-UVing, and creating your own textures.

- ♡ Soleia3D products are still considered Soleia3D products, even after heavily edited. Please respect my work and credit properly.

At this time, I do not accept commissions for anyone outside of close friends or creator's whose project I have interest in.

I've been making assets for a few years now but it was always for myself or friends. My store has now been open since mid 2025.

Ai has been a part of the graphic design community for YEARS and I do think its been a tool a lot of people have utilized. Even generated fill in modern Photoshop utilizes it. It is a part of a common standard. People are now very against AI due to its *widespread* use by people outside of this profession or for organizational uses. I think we need to be way more lenient on "AI" use. If you're using it for things like alphas but are still creating the "art" (ie, designing and texturing the clothing and doing more than 90% of the work not including AI), you should NOT be damned for it. IMO.

I have been doing graphic design for TWENTY YEARS. And I know damn well I have used AI or programs that utilize it more than I could ever count. It is a part of the profession and a lot of the tools we use. I have been an artist for a very long time and I know that using this tool doesn't make me less of an artist. Is it my final product? Never. Will it help get the idea out of my head when pen to paper isn't making it make sense before I make it 3D? Yeah, sometimes. Doesn't make me less of an artist. I have a degree in graphic design. I went to school for it. Its been my career for over a decade. "AI", when used as a tool and not a random guy generating an anime girl and going "THIS IS MY ART DO NOT STEAL", is a very helpful thing.
