We're happy you're here. These Terms & Conditions explain how our online shop works and what you can expect when purchasing our handmade candles, custom creations, online masterclasses and digital products.

By placing an order through our shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

2.Products

Handmade Candles

Every Solurie candle is handmade, which means small variations in color, texture, shape or finish may naturally occur.

These differences are part of the handmade process and make every candle slightly unique.

We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Personalized & Custom orders

We may offer candles created according to individual preferences, including customized colors, designs or other agreed details.

Custom orders may require additional production time.

Orders made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right.

This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

3.Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website, normally euros (€).

The final purchase price, applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Payments are securely processed through the available payment methods at checkout.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.

4. Orders & Confirmation

When placing an order, please ensure that all provided information is accurate and complete.

After a successful purchase, you should receive an order confirmation through the email address provided at checkout.

If there is a problem fulfilling your order, such as an unexpected stock or availability issue, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, including a refund where appropriate.

To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

5.Shipping & Delivery

We ship physical products from Lithuania to destinations within Lithuania, across the European Union and worldwide.

Processing time

Standard orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-made products may require additional preparation time.

Shipping providers

We use LP Express, depending on delivery destination and availability.

Shipping charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for:

Orders of €50 or more within Lithuania
Orders of €100 or more worldwide

These thresholds apply to eligible physical product orders.

Delivery estimates may vary by destination and shipping provider.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.

6.Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept eligible physical product returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, including international orders.

Customers wishing to withdraw from a purchase must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return eligible goods within the following 14 days.

Customers are responsible for the direct return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns.

Personalized products made to individual specifications are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us. We will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds for eligible withdrawals are processed within the timeframes required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including applicable legal guarantees for goods.

7.Digital Masterclasses & Products

Solurie offers online candle-making masterclasses, educational videos, PDF guides and other downloadable digital resources.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through the platform or method specified at purchase.

No physical shipment is included unless explicitly stated.

Course Access

The access period for each masterclass is specified in its product description.

Some courses may provide time-limited access, while others may include extended access.

Customers are responsible for checking the access details before purchasing.

Digital Refund Policy

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has begun.

For EU consumers, the statutory right to withdraw from immediately supplied digital content may be lost when:

The customer has expressly consented to immediate digital delivery during the withdrawal period
The customer has acknowledged that this means losing the withdrawal right
The legally required confirmation has been provided

Where these requirements have not been satisfied, applicable withdrawal rights remain in force.

We do not provide voluntary change-of-mind refunds for digital products beyond those required by law.

If you encounter a technical problem accessing purchased content, please contact us so we can help.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property & Course Usage

All Solurie educational content, including video lessons, photographs, illustrations, written instructions, downloadable guides and original creative materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital masterclass grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials for your own learning, within the access period stated in the product description.

Unless we expressly authorize it, you may not:

Copy, reproduce or redistribute course materials
Share purchased access with other people
Resell or publish course videos or downloadable resources
Upload course content to public websites or sharing platforms
Present Solurie's original educational materials as your own

You are welcome to use the skills and techniques learned in our classes to create your own candles, including candles you may wish to sell, provided you do not copy or redistribute protected course content.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Solurie or the relevant rights holders.

9. Candle Safety

Candles involve an open flame and must always be used responsibly.

Before lighting a candle:

Read and follow the safety instructions supplied with the product
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep candles away from children, pets and flammable materials
Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Follow the specified wick-trimming and burning instructions
Do not burn candles containing loose decorative elements unless they have been removed or the product instructions expressly permit burning with them in place

Some Solurie candles are primarily decorative. Please follow the instructions and intended use stated on the product page and accompanying safety label.

Failure to follow safety instructions may create risks. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Educational Content & Safety

Solurie masterclasses are intended for creative and educational purposes.

Candle making involves hot wax, heated tools, fragrances and other materials that require careful handling.

Customers are responsible for following safety instructions, using appropriate equipment and taking necessary precautions.

The courses do not constitute professional safety certification or regulatory approval of products made by students.

Customers who sell candles made using techniques learned in our courses are responsible for meeting any applicable product safety, labeling and business requirements.

11. Website Content

All original Solurie branding, product photographs, designs, illustrations, written content and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Solurie or their respective owners.

You may not reproduce or commercially reuse this content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Our store uses third-party services, including Payhip, payment providers and shipping companies.

Some services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Solurie remains responsible for its obligations as a seller under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Lithuanian law.

For consumers residing outside Lithuania, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws applicable to their purchase.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our products, services or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on our website.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of completed purchases without a valid legal basis.
