Because digital files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or for buying the wrong item. Please read the description, page count, page size and file format before you buy, and message me with any questions first.

If something's wrong, I'll make it right. If your file won't download, is damaged or incomplete, or isn't what the listing describes, contact me within 30 days of purchase. I'll send a working file or, if I can't fix it, refund you.

EU/UK customers: by choosing immediate download you agree to delivery starting straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
