1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of The French Painting Journey online painting course (“the Course”). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Access & License

Purchase grants you a non-transferable, personal license to access the Course materials. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the Course or any part of it. You will have lifetime access to the edition of the course you purchased which includes recordings of live sessions during that edition if you are unable to attend these.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. We offer a refund within 14 days if you have not accessed more than 5% of the content. No refunds will be issued after this period. 

4. Intellectual Property

All videos, text, images, and supporting materials are the property of Sophie Medhurst Artist. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology (internet connection, device, software) to access the Course and the painting equipment to participate. You may not upload, share, or post the Course content publicly.

6. Disclaimer

The Course is provided for educational purposes only. Results (artistic progress, career outcomes, sales, etc.) may vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sophie Medhurst Artist will not be liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of the Course. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access if you breach these Terms (e.g., sharing login details, pirating content).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
