Personalized-Report Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the Soul Integration Natal Blueprint and related personalized digital reports sold directly through the Soul Integration Astrology storefront.

1. What You Are Purchasing

The Soul Integration Natal Blueprint is a personalized digital astrology report prepared from the birth information you provide. It uses astrology as a symbolic and reflective framework and applies the Soul Integration Astrology methodology to synthesize chart patterns across the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Consciousness domains.

The report is personalized and human-reviewed. It is not an instant generic interpretation and no physical product is shipped.

2. Customer Responsibility for Birth Information

You are responsible for reviewing the birth information you submit, including your date of birth, local birth time, AM/PM designation, and birthplace.

For the most accurate report, use the exact local birth time shown on a birth certificate or official birth record whenever possible. Do not adjust the recorded time for time zones or Daylight Saving Time yourself.

If your birth time is approximate, uncertain, or unknown, tell us rather than guessing. Birth-time uncertainty can affect the Ascendant, Midheaven, houses, and other degree-sensitive interpretations. We may pause fulfillment to request clarification or determine that the standard report cannot responsibly be completed.

3. Personalized Production & Delivery

After payment and receipt of usable birth information, your chart is calculated and your personalized report is prepared and reviewed. Our launch target is delivery within 2–3 business days.

The delivery period begins after we have received complete, usable birth information. If clarification is needed, the delivery period may pause until you respond.

Your completed report will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order or through another secure delivery method identified at checkout. Delivery estimates are targets rather than guarantees when circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delay.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Because the Soul Integration Natal Blueprint is created specifically from your individual birth information, production may begin soon after purchase.

If you discover an error in the birth information you submitted, contact marctrewick@gmail.com as soon as possible. If production has not materially begun, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before calculation and interpretation. Once personalized production has materially begun, a change in customer-supplied information may require additional work and cannot be guaranteed without a new order.

Personalized reports are generally non-refundable once personalized production has materially begun or the completed report has been delivered. We will, however, provide an appropriate remedy when required by applicable law or when:

·      you were charged more than once for the same order;

·      we are unable to fulfill the order;

·      you receive the wrong customer's report or wrong product;

·      the delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement; or

·      the delivered product materially differs from the product description.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

5. Reflective & Educational Nature of the Report

Soul Integration Astrology is offered for personal reflection and educational purposes. Astrology is a symbolic interpretive practice. The report does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional services.

Astrological interpretations describe possible patterns, tensions, resources, and developmental themes. They are not guarantees of events, diagnoses, or predetermined outcomes. You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions.

6. Personal Use & Intellectual Property

Your completed personalized report is licensed to you for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may save, print, and privately share reasonable excerpts for personal discussion.

The Soul Integration Astrology methodology, report structure, original written interpretation, branding, design elements, and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of MERIDIAN TRUST / MARC TREWICK or their respective rights holders.

You may not resell, commercially distribute, publish substantially all of the report, reproduce the report as a competing product, extract the methodology for commercial replication, or represent Soul Integration Astrology materials as your own.

7. Information We Collect

To fulfill a personalized report, we may collect:

·      your name;

·      email address;

·      date of birth;

·      exact or reported birth time and your stated confidence/source for that time;

·      birth city, state/province or region, and country;

·      an optional question or life area you choose to provide;

·      order identifiers, product purchased, transaction status, and related customer-support communications; and

·      the calculated chart data and working materials necessary to prepare and quality-check your report.

Payment-card details are processed by the checkout/payment providers used for the transaction. Soul Integration Astrology does not need your full payment-card number to prepare your report.

8. How We Use Your Information

We use customer information only as reasonably necessary to:

·      process and administer the order;

·      calculate and validate the natal chart;

·      prepare, review, and deliver the personalized report;

·      contact you when birth information requires clarification;

·      provide customer support, corrections, refunds, or dispute handling;

·      maintain necessary business, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal records; and

·      improve the fulfillment workflow using de-identified or aggregated operational observations where practical.

We do not sell your birth information or use it for unrelated targeted advertising.

9. Service Providers & Data Sharing

We may use service providers that are necessary to operate the storefront and fulfill orders, such as Payhip for storefront/checkout functions, the payment processor selected at checkout, email/delivery services, secure storage, verified astrology-calculation software or services, and technology used to assist report production.

Information is shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for the relevant service. Each provider may process information under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights, investigate fraud or misuse, or respond to lawful process.

10. AI-Assisted Production

Technology, including artificial-intelligence tools, may assist portions of the drafting, organization, or quality-control workflow. AI is not used as the sole source for deterministic natal-chart calculation. Chart facts used in the report are intended to come from a verified astrology calculation source and the finished report is human-reviewed during the v1.0 launch process.

Customer information provided to production tools should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for fulfillment.

11. Data Retention

Launch v1.0 retention policy:

·      Raw birth/intake data and personalized production working files: retained for up to 90 days after delivery, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to resolve an active support, correction, payment, fraud, legal, or dispute matter.

·      Final personalized report: retained for up to 12 months after delivery for reasonable replacement/support purposes, unless you request earlier deletion and retention is not otherwise required.

·      Basic transaction, accounting, tax, and legally required business records: retained for the period required or reasonably appropriate under applicable law and business-record obligations.

·      Data held independently by Payhip, payment processors, email providers, or other vendors may be subject to those providers' own retention requirements and policies.

The purpose of these limits is to avoid retaining detailed birth information indefinitely merely because storage is available.

12. Your Privacy Choices & Requests

Subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements, you may contact us to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information that is no longer required for fulfillment or legal/business obligations.

Send privacy requests to marctrewick@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your order before acting on it.

If deletion is requested before a personalized order is completed, deletion may make fulfillment impossible. In that situation, we will explain the available options, including whether cancellation or another remedy is appropriate under this policy and applicable law.

13. Security & Data Minimization

We seek to limit customer information to what is needed for fulfillment, restrict access to the people and systems reasonably necessary to perform the work, and avoid unnecessary duplicate copies of customer birth records.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident requiring customer notice under applicable law, we will provide notice as required.

14. Marketing

Purchasing a personalized report does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional email. Marketing communications should be sent only when you separately opt in or when otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications without affecting order-related messages.

15. Age

The standard Soul Integration Natal Blueprint storefront is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the standard launch product directly to children.

16. Governing Terms & Changes

These terms apply to the version displayed when your purchase is completed. We may update this policy prospectively as the product, vendors, or legal requirements change. A later version will not retroactively remove non-waivable rights associated with a completed purchase.

These terms are intended to operate alongside applicable consumer-protection and privacy law. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
