About Me
I’m the founder of Soul Lynq, a conscious technology project designed to help people reconnect with themselves and each other through awareness, healing, and meaningful connection.
My journey into this work wasn’t born from theory — it came through lived experience. Like many people, I spent years navigating unhealthy patterns, survival-mode thinking, and the quiet disconnection that comes from living externally instead of internally. Through therapy, nervous system healing, spiritual practice, and deep self-inquiry, I began to understand that real transformation happens when we learn to listen to the body, integrate the shadow, and regulate the nervous system instead of bypassing it.
This personal transformation became the foundation for the BAR Map — a practical framework I now teach and build around:
Awareness → Body → Heart → Mind → Soul → Integration
• Awareness: noticing patterns, triggers, and beliefs without judgment
• Body: regulating the nervous system and listening to somatic signals
• Heart: reconnecting to compassion, truth, and emotional honesty
• Mind: reframing beliefs and aligning thought patterns
• Soul: Higher consciousness
• Integration: embodying change so healing becomes lived experience
Soul Lynq is my vision for bringing these principles into a digital ecosystem — a platform designed to connect people through shared growth, conscious community, and authentic human resonance rather than superficial algorithms.
I believe technology can support awakening rather than distraction, and that healing ourselves raises the collective frequency of how we relate to one another.
Currently building at the intersection of spirituality, nervous system science, and conscious community — creating tools that help people move from survival to self-remembrance.
