About Me
Anne (aka Anna Sofia) from Soulaligned is a chakra healer, yoga and meditation teacher, embodiment facilitator, kinesiology & shamanic practitioner, as well as writer. She spent several years in India, of which two years meditating in a holy cave, also learning from a Himalayan Master. In Central America she went to study earth-based wisdom, feminine leadership, and the Mayan Calendar.
She has appeared on Bali Spirit Festival, Boom Festival, Xperience Festival, Yoga Aktuell, Elephant Journal, Insight Timer, and DoYouYoga.
