• Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer whole pricing, if you're a business, subscription box curator, or event organizer interested in bulk purchasing, please reach out through the contact form to start the conversation. NOTE Wholesale pricing cannot be used with coupons or any sales currently running.

Printing & Materials

• What kind of paper or material do you use for printed items?

Bookmarks, Reading Trackers, Inserts, and Book Bingo Cards are made on premium 110 lb gloss cover cardstock. Coloring Books are printed on 80 lb cardstock. Calendars come spiral bound on shiny paper.

• What size are your bookmarks/inserts/sticker sheets?

All items measure 8.5" x 11". Bookmarks come printed 4 to a sheet and are approximately 2" x 7". Book Bingo Cards come 2 to a sheet and measure approximately 7" x 5". Reading Trackers come 3 to a sheet and measure approximately 3.5" x 5.5"

• Will my printed materials come precut?

No, you will cut your items out after receiving it. For best results use a cutter tool, but scissors will work just fine. (See our Cutting Instructions Page for more information to help assure the best possible outcome.)

• Will the colors in the printed version look like what I see on screen?

There may be slight color differences due to screen and print variations, but all prints are high-quality and professionally handled.

Shipping & Delivery

• Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. I currently ship only within the United States.

• How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after printing. Delivery takes approximately 4–9 business days depending on your location.

• Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to arrive.

• Will I receive tracking info for my order?

Yes, tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped.

• Is shipping included in the price?

Yes! All printed products include shipping in the listed price.

• Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?

Absolutely! You can enter a different shipping address during checkout. No billing info is included in the package.

Returns & Cancellations

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.

• Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

All sales are final, however if your order hasn’t gone into production yet, I may be able to adjust it. Please contact me immediately.
