sovi's Usage Terms

• Assets created by sovi may be used on complete models for commercial, free, public, and Nitro distribution.

• sovi's assets and models may be used for VTubing and content creation with proper credit is given.

• Modifications to any of sovi's product are permitted; however, the product must still be credited as ( product name ) by sovi , even if heavily edited.

AVATARS

• All avatars and there designs are made by sovi and their team, you are not allowed under any circumstance to copy or claim any work or designs by sovi. doing so will result in a ban or copyright act!

adoptable avatars

• all adoptable avatars made my sovi are 1 of 1 meaning they can only be bought 1 time and are non-refundable. once the avatar has been bought you are now the sole owner for the character and it rights. sovi is not responsible for any lost or leaked files after the avatar is bought .

missing credit?

• if for some reason you do not find a link for a specific asset it may be made by sovi or a missing credit by accident if you are the creator of said missing asset please open a ticket in sovi's server letting them know of the situation and it will be resolved immediately!

Prohibited Actions

• Reselling or claiming ownership of sovis assets/models is strictly prohibited. Any purchased asset of sovi's must be included as part of a complete model.

• Asset farming from purchased models or models created by sovi is not allowed.

• Sharing, leaking, trading, or price splitting of any of sovi's products is strictly prohibited.

Editing of Avatars and Assets

• Users are permitted to modify any of sovi's products as desired.

• Even after significant modifications, sovi's products remain credited as sovis products.
