⚖️ Spark Within, LLC – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Spark Within, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). Spark Within, LLC is an independent contractor and provides services at Living Simply Well, LLC.  Purchases and booking will be completed via MINDBODY software. By participating in our Human Design sessions, workshops, yoga classes, or other offerings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in any class, session, or event with Spark Within, LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any updates posted to our official social media or Mindbody listings.

2. Services Provided

Spark Within, LLC offers Human Design readings, yoga instruction, and related wellness services both in person and online. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through Facebook Messenger, Gmail, Payhip website, (or the Mindbody app. if booking through Living Simply Well, LLC).
• Payments are accepted via Payhip website, Venmo, check, cash, (or Mindbody’s payment system if booking through Living Simply Well, LLC).
• A booking is confirmed once payment is received (if required).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
• Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.
• Refunds or credits for workshops and sessions are granted at our discretion.

5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

By participating in any workshop, yoga class, or private session, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity.

You agree that Spark Within, LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after participation. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or wellness program.

6. Health and Personal Responsibility

You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before class. You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your well-being during all sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All class materials, written content, digital products, and session materials are the intellectual property of Spark Within, LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

8. Communications

By providing your email, you consent to receive occasional updates or newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in emails or by contacting us directly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
