AVATAR / ASSET TOS:
- No refunds! This is a digital Product.
- You are not permitted to make any of my avatars/assets public.
- You are not permitted to resell my avatars/assets.
- You are not permitted to share, price-split, leak, or trade, my avatars, assets, and/or packages under any circumstance.
- Input your correct and complete information at check out - failure to do so will result in revoking your license to my product.
- You may not use ANY of my products for AI Training, Generative AI, or AI-Generated content.
- Do not claim anything on my avatars or assets as your own. Using or taking any assets from any models without purchasing them from the original creator's store is not permitted. No asset-mining.
- Edits are permitted, but nothing so crazy that makes my avatar/asset unrecognizable as my product.
- Do not take any mesh/mesh data/pieces from my assets/avatars to use for your own personal models or for re-sale.
- Do not gate-keep my avatars and assets; If someone is interested in them please send them to my page! (This is how I pay my bills, please be kind.)~
- My Terms of Service (TOS) is subject to change at any point, at my own discretion.

Avatar Commission EULA / Terms of Service:
By purchasing a commission from Speck, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). Ignorance will not be tolerated.
Base Pricing & Included Features
My avatars are available in 4 Base Packages
(Cost increases based off intricacies)
Basic - $80USD
1 Outfit, 2 Hairs, 1 Species
Simple - $120USD
2 Outfits, 2 Hairs, 1 Species
Advanced - $160USD
3 Outfits, 3 Hairs, 2 Species
Complex - $200USD
4 Outfits, 3 Hairs, 2 Species
Additional $5 fee if I need to upload the avatar for you
My assets are available in 2 Base Packages
(Cost increases based off intricacies)
Non-Exclusive - $20+USD
After completion, it will be sold on my store. (14 day grace period between you receiving the product and it being listed)
Exclusive - $40+USD
This is only yours & will never be sold on my shop.
The base price includes:
Commercial Use for streaming/content creation
Personal use for VRChat
Base-level complexity
Base Unity setup/work
I will make:
Females
Males
Femboys
Furries
Chibis
I will not make:
Loli (NSFW Childlike avatars)
Mechs
A fully scratch avatar
An avatar for free
Re-create another creators avatar
Use any TDA/Sims/SL/IMVU or ANY game-ripped assets
Use any assets from creators banned from our market, no matter how bad you want them
Additional features, assets, toggles, or complexity upgrades may increase the final price.
Additional toggles are $10 USD each, not accounting for cost of assets.
I reserve the right to determine what qualifies as “base complexity.”
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
I will not accept full payment upfront.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 3 days of commission completion.
Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in loss of rights to the commission and cancellation of delivery.
If you pay a rush fee, that DOES NOT SPEED UP YOUR COMMISSION, it only moves your project forward in queue priority.
All commission payments are final and non-refundable unless I personally cancel the commission.
Assets purchased for your commission are also non-refundable.
Asset Licensing
Clients are responsible for purchasing any assets I do not personally own commercial rights to.
I will not work with:
Leaked assets
Ripped assets
Unlicensed assets
Assets without proper commercial permissions
I must legally own or properly license any assets requested for use in your commission.
Commission Timeline
Estimated completion time (ETA) for commissions is approximately two months.
ETA is not a guaranteed deadline and may vary depending on workload, communication delays, revisions, health, or unforeseen circumstances.
Revisions & Changes
Once the avatar has entered Unity work, major changes to assets, clothing, hairstyles, or structure will no longer be accepted.
After an avatar leaves Blender, adding or replacing major components can break hierarchy systems and invalidate already completed Unity work.
If you request major additions, redesigns, or remakes after completion, you will be charged the price of a new commission.
I will not lower my base price if you request fewer features than what is included.
Age Restriction & NSFW Policy
I will not:
Add DPS/SPS systems
Create NSFW versions
Add explicit features
unless the client is verified to be 18 years of age or older.
I reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
Usage Rights
You are purchasing a license to use the commissioned avatar, not ownership of the original design, files, or intellectual property.
You may:
Use the avatar privately in VRChat
Use the avatar commercially for streaming/content creation
You may NOT:
Leak
Rip
Price split
Public upload
Resell
Redistribute
Trade
Gift
Share files in any form
Claim that you made the avatar/assets
This includes edited versions, extracted assets, backups, or partial files.
If you are found sharing, gifting, selling, trading, leaking, or publicly uploading the avatar:
Your rights to the avatar will be immediately terminated and removal of the files from your account/hard drive/cloud storage will be required.
You will be blacklisted from future services
I reserve the right to revoke access permanently
I reserve the right to resell, repurpose, or redistribute the completed design as I see fit
Credit Requirements
Although the avatar is custom-made for you, I still retain creator rights and require proper credit.
You must:
Credit my Discord name and shop name in the avatar upload description
Credit me visibly on streaming/content platforms when using the avatar
Removal of credit is considered a violation of these terms.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a commission after work has begun:
No refunds will be provided
All payments made will be considered payment for work already completed
I reserve the right to reuse, resell, or repurpose the unfinished or finished commission
If you change your mind after assets have been purchased or work has started, you forfeit usage rights to the avatar unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to deny or cancel service to anyone for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment
Chargeback threats
TOS violations
Asset violations
Inappropriate conduct
Suspicious behavior
Enforcement
Violation of any part of this agreement may result in:
Permanent blacklist
Revocation of avatar rights
DMCA takedowns
Removal requests
Legal action where applicable
By commissioning me, you agree that breach of these terms forfeits your rights to the avatar and permits me to reclaim, repurpose, or resell the design and work associated with the commission.
