By purchasing or using any of Miyu’s avatars, you agree to the following terms. Protect the art.

Respect the creator.

1. Licensing & Usage

• All avatars are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

• Commercial use (streaming, Tubing, etc.) is allowed.

• Do not redistribute, share, leak, trade, or resell any avatars or assets.

• You may edit your avatar (textures, assets, etc.) as long as it stays within TOS.

2. Asset Credits

• Do not remove, modify, or hide asset credits or watermarks provided with the avatar.

• Respect and follow the TOS of all third-party assets included in the avatar.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

• Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from Miyu’s Vault and blacklist placement in the VRChat community.

4. Sharing & Gifting

• Do not share your purchased files with others.

• If gifting an avatar, you must purchase it directly for that person, with their Discord and/or VRChat username provided at checkout.
