Welcome to Squeakie Shops! By completing a purchase on our platform, you agree to these terms. They protect both you (our amazing customer) and us (the entrepreneurial dreamers behind the scenes). đź’–
1. Digital Products
1.1 Delivery
- All digital items are delivered as downloads with a personal-use license.
- After payment, you’ll receive a download link by email or in your Payhip dashboard.
1.2 Refunds
- Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds.
- Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
1.3 Intellectual Property
- All checklists, planners, and templates are protected by copyright.
- Your purchase grants you a personal-use license only—no reselling, redistributing, or editing for resale.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Product Sourcing
- Physical items are sourced on-demand from third-party U.S. retailers (Amazon Business and Walmart Business).
- We never route products through Jamaica—they ship directly to the address you provide.
2.2 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase.
2.3 Shipping Options & Timing
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once the carrier picks up your package.
2.4 Transfer of Title & Risk
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier collects the package from our supplier.
- We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the carrier has possession.
2.5 Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
- Customers cover return shipping fees unless the product is faulty.
- To initiate a return, email squeakieshops@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send instructions and any required labels.
2.6 Order Quantities
- You may purchase any quantity of physical products, including single units.
- Quantity discounts may apply automatically when ordering multiple units of the same SKU.
- Some items have purchase limits for inventory control; you’ll be notified at checkout if limits apply.
3. Payment & Taxes
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Stripe, processed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Physical product prices include supplier cost, shipping fees, and our service markup.
- Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
- If you have valid U.S. tax-exempt status, email squeakieshops@outlook.com to apply it to qualifying orders.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Squeakie Shops and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages from using our digital or physical products.
- We disclaim all warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
- Once the carrier has possession of a physical shipment, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica and the United States, depending on the origin of the transaction. Any disputes will be handled under the applicable regional laws.

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our store means you agree to the updated terms.
