Customized Orders are welcomed. Customers must provide detailed instructions so a design proof can be sent before production begins. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time.

Pick-up orders must be picked up within 5 days. We are not responsible after the 5th day

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for non-custom items in their original condition.

Custom Orders: Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
