By using my products or avatars, you automatically agree that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service (ToS). You are bound to this ToS and any updates that it may receive. Failure to adhere to the contents of this ToS may result in blacklisting, bans, and blocks to your account and/or aliases.

I am not obligated to reach out to you about breaches you make on this ToS, and I reserve the right to blacklist you without notification. However, I will attempt to contact you privately to resolve the conflict if there is believed to be a misunderstanding or miscommunication.

I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my work, my intellectual property, and any associated copyrights to my art.

You may not claim my work (my original characters, my assets, my intellectual property, etc.) as your own, and credit is required when using my work on any platform. For example, when streaming while using an avatar I put together, I state that the avatar was created by me. In the case of using assets I create, note in the final project's description that the specified asset was created by me.

I am NOT responsible if an avatar breaks because Vrchat updates certain things. I will also not update old avatars after a certain amount of time UNLESS they are being Remade into a brand new avatar, in which case the oldest version will be taken down.

My safe for work (SFW) content is strictly SFW. You are not permitted to use any SFW projects of mine for not safe for work (NSFW) purposes. NSFW purposes include photos, videos, streaming, and other NSFW content, whether it's publicly or privately.

Any NSFW content I create is strictly for personal use. You are not permitted to use any NSFW content I create publicly on any platform. Individuals who are below the age of 18 (minors) are prohibited from purchasing any NSFW content. Any minor caught attempting to purchase this content or any other individuals who are caught buying this content for minors will be banned and blacklisted from my work.

You are not permitted to heavily edit any avatars OR assets I make, nor are you allowed to rip assets from them for other projects. You must purchase the appropriate licensing from the original creators of each asset,t whether that be from the original creator or another creator.

Commissions or other for-sale avatars are to stay private. Public edits of any avatar files I sell are prohibited. For avatars uploaded to your account, you are prohibited from making them public.

If you're buying any of my avatars for a friend, lover, or ect, THEN YOU MUST PUT ALL GIFTING INFO correctly in. If you do not follow this rule from my shop and Discord server, you will be banned from my shop and Discord.

Gatekeeping public avatars I create is prohibited.

If you are in trading, ripping, leaking, or other community spaces that support or partake in acts of plagiarism or theft, you will be banned from my shop and other associated platforms immediately.
