Terms of Service/Use (TOS)
★ Everything here must be sensibly abided to, and terms found to be broken will result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me and/or using any more of my bases for anything, as well as making note of you about your behaviour. By buying/using any of my bases, you automatically acknowledge and agree to these terms of service & use, and are attached to the possible consequences these terms may invoke.
★ The only time you may ignore any of these terms for any of my bases are when it is explicitly stated on the product page that you may ignore part of or any/all of these terms.
★ Though appreciated, unless stated otherwise you do not have to keep my signature in the artwork.
★ You are always required to properly credit me, see below the 'Can' and 'Cannot' segments on how.
★ I do not offer refunds for my bases; if you somehow weren't sent the image files you bought and would like me to resend, or if there was some other issue, please let me know using the email you gave/used to buy it either through the contact section of this site or straight up email me at graceotter01@gmail.com about it within 3 days of purchase. I'll look into it to see if the purchase went through and such, and if so i'll resend the image files for you. I will only do this once unless you can prove it didn't work again and if so we can work it out - I'm pretty understanding I won't bite just from a mishap or mistake. If you fail to contact me about it within 3 days of purchase, assume no matter what happened the issue is closed (I have my reasoning). If I somehow fail to initially get back to you within a couple days that's on me and won't have an effect on the time limit stuff.

Note! Please don't be afraid to contact me if you have any questions or concerns related to this TOS or anything else about my bases and Payhip site! I'm generally reasonable and happy to explain stuff, though consider reading through everything carefully first to see if any of your inquiries are already answered.
★ You Can:
✅ - Make ocs and/or adopts from my bases, and you're welcome to sell those adopts.
✅ - Use my bases for commissions long as you properly credit me, and the finished art must not just be the lineart or part of the lineart as the completed commission (edited or not).
✅ - Use my bases to edit, color, and/or create your own works of art.
✅ - Use my bases to practice on however you like, long as you properly credit me if ever shared.
✅ - Print out as coloring sheets :) (You may not sell said coloring sheets as coloring sheets/bases digitally or otherwise, though you may share them as paper sheets for free for others to color non-digitally. You must always keep my signature legible and in whole on the sheet(s) you print, whether edited or not).
✅ - Post/share art made from my bases with proper credit.
✅ - Tag me when posted or email me what you create from my bases, I'd love to see! Of course you don't have to it's just an option.
★ You Cannot:
❌ - Sell my bases as they come.
❌ - Sell edited lineart versions of my bases.
❌ - Sell any sort of merchandise with art/designs created from my bases.
❌ - Share the lineart/base file to others who have not bought it (unless the base is stated free to use).
❌ - Post anything traced from or heavily referenced off of any of my bases without proper credit.
❌ - Claim any of my art/designs as wholey of your own creation if used (c'mon, just properly credit me if you share it anywhere).
★ How to properly credit me for my bases:
Credit must include all 3:
1. Label what the credit is for (Aka: 'Base', 'Lineart', 'Template'.) Y'know, give context.
NOTE! 'Used -', '-', 'from', 'made by', or 'by' is enough and must at least be used or something similar but if you would like to specify how you've used it further that's up to you.
2. Providing a functional link (embedded or not) to one of my art social profiles, to the product's page, or to this store's home.
AND/OR
Stating my username and where from you're pulling my username.
NOTE! If the username stated is used on the same site you're sharing the art made from my base on, you don't have to make note that the username is used on the site you're posting on.
3. Credit must be written in the description of the post if posted, in the image credits if added to somewhere like toyhouse, or next to where the image is used or in the credits section if used in media that has something like that.
NOTE! Although appreciated, you do not have to credit my bases on art made from my bases when used as a profile picture, though if anyone asks where from let them know.
