My name is Toni! I'm a Mom of two, and wife. I'm a former Venue owner. I dibble and dabble in a lot, so I like to just title myself as an serial entrepreneur.

I was working in tech operations when I started my rental company at the end of 2018. What began as a side venture quickly turned into something bigger, and by 2021 I transitioned into operating a full event space. I ran that business until closing in 2025.

During that time, I learned what it actually takes to run a brick and mortar business beyond the surface level. I managed overhead, navigated zoning and compliance, created systems, handled clients, and made decisions that directly impacted my bottom line. I experienced both the wins and the challenges that do not always get talked about.

After closing in 2025, I transitioned into consulting. Since then, I have helped clients think through their business ideas, avoid common setup mistakes, put structure behind their operations, and move forward with more clarity and direction.

Everything I share is based on real experience. What worked, what did not, and what I wish I knew earlier.
