This book was crafted for regular people in self-isolation, to help them learn about cooking. It contains best practices, simple techniques, and 39 simple recipes. Everything is organized for maximum clarity.
The Stay-Put Cookbook is available now as a digital download. The PDF will be formatted to allow for easy home printing. Those interested can purchase the $13 version to make a donation to the BOKA Restaurant Group Employee Relief Fund, supporting staff who are furloughed during this time.
