These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Stay Well Hypnotherapy online shop.

By placing an order through the Stay Well Hypnotherapy shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Complaints Policy.
2. Products and Services
Stay Well Hypnotherapy offers a range of products which may include:
- Pre-recorded hypnosis and relaxation recordings supplied as downloadable digital audio files.
- Digital journals, workbooks and other downloadable resources.
- Physical products, including printed journals or other therapeutic resources.
- Personalised therapeutic recordings and resources.
- Premium Personalised Therapeutic Support Packages, which may include a consultation, personalised therapeutic recording, personalised written materials, journal pages, affirmations and physical items, as described on the relevant product page.
The exact contents of each product or package will be clearly described on its individual product page before purchase.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Stay Well Hypnotherapy shop, you are making an offer to purchase the product or package described on the relevant product page.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing your order, including your name, email address and any other information reasonably required to fulfil your purchase.
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment options made available by Payhip.
Once your order has been received and payment has been successfully processed, you will receive confirmation of your purchase.
For digital products, access to the purchased product will normally be provided through Payhip following purchase.
For physical products, delivery arrangements and any applicable delivery costs will be stated on the relevant product page.
4. Premium Personalised Therapeutic Support Packages
Premium Personalised Therapeutic Support Packages are purchased directly through the Payhip shop.
Following payment, Stay Well Hypnotherapy will contact the purchaser by email to arrange the consultation and discuss the personalised support required.
The contents of each package will be based on the description provided on the relevant product page and the information discussed during the consultation.
Because these packages involve personalised work, some elements are created specifically for the individual purchaser or recipient and may not be suitable for resale or transfer to another person.
Where a package includes physical items, these will be prepared and supplied as described on the relevant product page.
Any expected timescales for creating or delivering personalised materials will be communicated to the customer. Where a specific timescale has been agreed, this will take precedence.
5. Personalised Recordings and Materials
Where a product includes a personalised recording, book, journal, story, affirmations or other bespoke material, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information needed to create the personalised product.
Personalised materials are created for the individual named or identified as the recipient and are intended for their personal use.
Once personalised work has commenced, cancellation and refund rights may be affected. Full details are provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Digital Products
Digital products, including hypnosis recordings and digital journals, are supplied for personal use.
The customer must have a suitable device and software capable of accessing the relevant file format.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are provided as downloadable files and are not supplied as physical products.
Customers must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload, publish or otherwise make the digital product available to other people.
Digital products remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Use of Hypnosis and Therapeutic Recordings
Hypnosis and therapeutic recordings supplied by Stay Well Hypnotherapy are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing and the therapeutic work described on the relevant product page.
They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care or appropriate professional healthcare.
Customers should not listen to hypnosis recordings while driving, operating machinery, carrying out safety-critical activities or anywhere that full attention is required.
If you have concerns about whether hypnosis or a particular recording is appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate professional advice before using it.
Personalised recordings are created based on the information provided during the consultation and are intended for the individual for whom they were prepared.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All recordings, written materials, journal pages, designs, text, graphics and other content supplied by Stay Well Hypnotherapy remain the intellectual property of Stay Well Hypnotherapy unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product gives the customer a personal, non-exclusive right to use the purchased material for its intended purpose.
Customers must not reproduce, copy, distribute, share, sell, licence, publish or commercially exploit any material supplied by Stay Well Hypnotherapy without prior written permission.
9. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in the shop are in pounds sterling (£).
Stay Well Hypnotherapy is not currently registered for VAT, therefore VAT is not charged separately.
Prices may be changed from time to time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer places the order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
10. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
From time to time, Stay Well Hypnotherapy may offer promotional prices, discount codes or complimentary access to particular products.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:
- must be used before their stated expiry date;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be transferred or sold;
- may be subject to specific product, purchase or usage restrictions.
Where a complimentary recording is provided to an existing hypnotherapy client, the relevant discount code is intended only for that client and must not be shared with others.
11. Product Availability
Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate.
If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, the customer will be contacted and, where appropriate, offered the option to continue with the order at the correct price or receive a refund.
12. Physical Products
Where physical products are purchased, they will be supplied as described on the relevant product page.
Delivery times and delivery charges will be stated where applicable.
Customers should inspect physical products when received and contact Stay Well Hypnotherapy as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty or does not match the description.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the customer's statutory rights.
13. Refunds and Cancellation
Customers' cancellation, refund and statutory rights are explained in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or reduce any rights that a customer has under applicable consumer law.
For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the customer may be asked to give express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that their statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, where permitted by law.

15. Reviews
Customers may be invited to leave reviews of products purchased or received through the Stay Well Hypnotherapy shop.
Reviews should be genuine and based on the customer's own experience. Stay Well Hypnotherapy does not require customers to provide positive reviews or offer rewards in exchange for positive reviews.
Reviews are reviewed before publication and may be moderated or not published where they contain unlawful, offensive, misleading or irrelevant content, personal information, promotional material, or do not relate to a genuine customer experience.
Where a customer raises a concern or complaint within a review, Stay Well Hypnotherapy may contact the customer directly to discuss the matter and, where appropriate, seek to resolve the issue.

17. Our Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or a customer's statutory rights relating to goods, services or digital content.
Where a product or service does not meet the legal standards that apply to it, we will provide the remedy required by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the products offered, the way the shop operates or changes in applicable law.
The Terms & Conditions applying to an order will be those in force at the time the order is placed.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer may have to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
