All drum kits and loop kits are royalty free.

You are allowed to

• Use the sounds in personal and commercial music productions

• Use the sounds in songs released on streaming platforms

• Use the sounds in beats you sell or license

• Modify, edit, chop, and process the sounds

You are NOT allowed to

• Re-sell the sounds as your own drum kit, loop kit, or sample pack

• Upload the sounds by themselves to any marketplace

• Share or redistribute the files for free or paid

• Claim the original sounds as your own creation

Beat Licensing

Beats purchased from this website are licensed for use in songs. The copyright of the instrumental remains with Staz Eq unless an Exclusive License is purchased.

Basic Beat License

• Use the beat for personal or commercial songs

• Release the song on streaming platforms

• Upload the song to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

• Credit the producer as “Prod. Staz Eq”

Exclusive Beat License

If an exclusive license is purchased, the buyer receives full commercial usage rights for the beat. Once sold exclusively, the beat may be removed from sale. Staz Eq still retains producer credit and publishing rights unless otherwise agreed.

Copyright

All products on this website are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once files have been downloaded.
