30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with a Steady Home digital product, email steadyhomeplan@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund of the amount paid for that product. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. No explanation is required, and downloading the files does not disqualify you. The guarantee covers both the main plans and the separately purchased evacuation packs.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. If a download fails or a file is missing, contact us for help. This voluntary guarantee does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. After a refund, stop using the refunded files and delete your copies.

DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

Products are digital downloads; no physical supplies, bags, or printed books are shipped. Each listing identifies the included files, edition, language, and price. The calculator supplied with the Spanish plan is currently in English. PDF files require a PDF reader; XLSX files require compatible spreadsheet software. Delivery is through the Payhip download page after successful checkout.

Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable license for your household. You may print and use the worksheets for your household. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the downloadable files outside your household without written permission.

Incluye el número de pedido y el correo usado al comprar. No necesitas dar un motivo; haber descargado los archivos no elimina esta garantía. Aplica al plan principal y a los kits de evacuación comprados por separado. El reembolso se realiza al método de pago original; los tiempos del banco o proveedor pueden variar.
