FAQs at the Bottom

Some of these rules are strict and can result in you getting removed from my tester/promoter pool with no possibility of being added back!

1- As a promoter, and as long as you're in the team, you own the license for any avatar on my shop that you have promoted*. If you kicked off of promo team, depending on what rule, you will lose access to my avatars.

2- You do not have to test my avatars to be a promoter and vice versa! You can be a promoter and not test my avatar or test my avatar without posting anything! This will usually result in a lesser discount percentage* so keep that in mind, specifics are outlined lower down!

3- Depending on what discount percentage you get, a code will be provided to you that is specific to you! You cannot gift this code to another person UNLESS you get specific permission from me. It is extremely rare that I will grant permission to do so. Doing so without my permission will be an immediate kick from my promo team and possible ban from my server.

4- If an avatar is unreleased you will be provided with a public link to said avatar. Do not share this with anyone unless I grant permission to do so! I will usually ask that they join the server so I can add them to my promo/tester section as well(even if temporary!).

5- During the WIP window please do not wear the public link avatar in public instances or friends+, keep it inv/inv+ until release! You can have friends in these instances, but they cannot clone the avatar off of you unless I give permission!

5b. It is perfectly fine to post images, streams, videos, etc. in my wip avatars AS LONG AS any major issues have been fixed! I don't want videos or pics of my avatars posted that show a major amount of clipping or any broken toggles/materieals.

6- Inactive testers and promoters will be removed from my team after more than 2 avatars not tested with no reason given to me as of why! I promise if you've got health or personal stuff going on i will understand! I just ask that it be communicated to me! I will give a second chance to join back, but if that behavior continues after a second chance is given it'll be permanent.

7- For Promoters! I don't want to have to beg you to promo and test my avatar. Please show that you want to be on my team! I ask that you post and/or go live in my avatar at least twice; once before release and once during/after the day of release!

*Posting Examples :

-1 live/post after I release the public version during the WIP process(usually 2 weeks or so!)

-1 live/post within a week after release!

This is a minimum, please consider doing more and mostly taking multiple and various pictures for my shop page even if you don't want to post the extras, me using your pictures on her store page or marketing is an automatic 50% off! 100% off if I use any of your pictures as thumbnail(s).

Follow my avatar tos relating to acceptable content(no hateful agendas, pedophilia, Abrahamic religion content, drama starting, etc)

7b. Just because you take pictures in her doesn't mean I will use them! I am very picky when it comes to how I present my avatars. Usually I will post a few in my gallery section that I didn't put on her listing but that isn't guaranteed!

8- I will try to give at least 2 weeks before release for testers and promoters to do what they need to do in terms of testing clipping, toggles, material customization, lighting and menu layout for testers and filming, lives, taking pictures, editing, and posting for promoters!

9- Every post or live made where my avatar is in it must include clear credits like "[avatar name] by Stellar Echo", if its unreleased make sure that is also included beside the credits!

10- Other than crediting my avatar, you have full control over editing, music, etc.

11- During the promo period, please show what you post in the 'promo links and clips' channel! Not only would I love to hop in live chats if I'm able to and support your work, I'd love to see how people wear and customize my avatars! Plus it just makes it easier for me to be sure of who's promoting and who's not!

12- If you need to take a Leave Of Absence(LOA) or fully leave the promo/tester team just reach out to me and let me know! you'll be able to rejoin or resume whenever you want and you'll keep access to the avatars you've promoted for/tested!

13- Promoters and Testers have ALL my trust and respect, you need to be reliable and I need to know I can count on you! If you have a history of leaking, ripping, TOS breaking, or AI usage I will not add you to my promo/tester team.

14- You can advertise as being part of my promoter/tester pool and people suggested to me from you are priority when I'm looking for new testers/promoters!

15- Due to the nature of my creation and just for my own comfort, all testers/promoters must be 18+! I will ask for some type of verification, usually age verified vrchat profile.

16- Please don't edit any pictures you send to me of my avatar, I want to see/show how my avatar looks in game with no filtering or editing. For social media edit as much as you want!

17- DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PUT MY AVATAR OR ANY MEDIA OF MY AVATAR THROUGH AI!!! THIS IS BLACKLISTABLE!!

18- I have the right to remove you from the team if I find that your work/implication isn't in accordance with your application and what I was hoping for, or for any other reason I find legitimate.

-*Discounts will vary with the effort put in! Base discount for promo/testing is 25% and scales with the effort you put in! I reward activeness and enthusiasm! If you wear my avatar once or twice out of the 2 week testing period, your discount is going to be lower than the person who is heavily wearing/testing/posting in my avatar.

It is up to my discretion how to calculate discount codes BUT i promise you I will talk it out with you, I'm not trying to be mean and its not personal at all! I just wont give my art out for free(or almost free). its not fair to me or those who are putting in genuine effort to test my avatars only to watch people who didn't put in effort also get it for free!
