About Stephanie
Stephanie Finn is a woman who believes there is strength in being honest about the parts of life that hurt.
She writes from a place of real experience, real emotion, and real growth. Not from a place of having everything figured out, but from understanding what it feels like to love deeply, hurt deeply, question yourself, cry, heal, and still find your way back to who you are.
Stephanie created the Lemonade series as a reminder that heartbreak does not have to be the end of your story.
Sometimes relationships end because of betrayal.
Sometimes they end because two people simply grow apart.
Sometimes life changes.
People change.
Health changes.
Age changes.
Feelings change.
And sometimes love is still there, even when the relationship no longer works the way it once did.
Stephanie understands that healing is not always pretty.
Sometimes healing looks like tears.
Sometimes it looks like finally saying what you feel.
Sometimes it looks like walking away.
Sometimes it looks like staying long enough to understand what you truly want.
And sometimes it simply looks like getting up the next morning and choosing yourself one more time.
Through Lemonade: Loving Yourself DURING the Breakup, Stephanie hopes women feel seen in the part of heartbreak that does not always get talked about—the middle.
The confusing part.
The painful part.
The part where you still love them, but you are learning not to lose yourself.
Her message is simple:
You are allowed to cry.
You are allowed to grieve.
You are allowed to still love them.
But through all of it, you are also allowed to love yourself.
Stephanie believes some of life’s most bitter seasons can still produce something beautiful.
Sometimes you just have to keep making lemonade.
