Hi, I'm Steph.

I combine strategic thinking, evidence-led planning and practical delivery to improve outcomes across education and workforce development.

My experience spans early years, further education, workforce development and national programme delivery, with a particular focus on quality improvement, workforce capability and professional development. Over the course of my career, I have supported organisations to strengthen practice, develop their workforce and improve quality at both local and national level, including work on a Department for Education-funded programme that supported more than 10,000 early years practitioners.

Through this work, I developed the Sustainable Improvement Framework; a practical approach to helping organisations understand where challenges are emerging, identify priorities and create meaningful, lasting improvement.

Whether through consultancy, professional development or practical toolkits, my focus remains the same: helping organisations move beyond symptoms, build capability and create sustainable change.
