Hey! I am so glad you are here!

My name is Amanda Marquis. I am a wife, mom of 7 (1 unborn baby in Heaven and an earthside child in Heaven). Two of my children are grown and I still have 3 at home. I am also a Registered Nurse and work with the mentally/physically disabled, but most importantly of all, I am a follower of Jesus Christ! After going through unimaginable grief, struggles with my own mental health, (all while feeling alone at times), I felt God calling me to start a community. I felt God teeling me undoubtedly that this is my ministry and mission. To help be a light for others in their darkness, to be the community i so desperately needed and desired and to bring Jesus to others. To tell of how he has led me by still waters through the valleys. This is how Still Waters Ministries was born, however, the enemy tried to talk me out of it in so many different ways and tried to take me out. But God! I stand here today in faith, only by the grace of God and more than ready to begin this journey! I pray you feel loved, seen and held. I pray you feel the presence of Jesus. Come just as you are, whether broken, tired, messy, just come! Let's grow and heal together!
