A refund is available if the product does not work, if you cannot get access to it, or if it is materially different from what is described on this page. Email me with your order number and a short description of the problem and I will either fix it or refund you.

Because access is immediate and complete, a change of mind after you have started the material is not grounds for a refund. Please read the description and the course curriculum before buying, and email me first if you are not sure whether it is right for you.

Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take five to ten working days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you are unsure before you buy, ask. I would far rather answer a question beforehand than process a refund afterwards.
