About Me
Gabriella Ciaramella, M.A., AMFT #145718
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Gabriella Ciaramella is a California Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
Her clinical experience spans a variety of treatment settings and levels of care, including residential treatment, community-based mental health, outpatient care, private practice, and larger behavioral health organizations. Across these roles, Gabriella has worked with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns.
Her clinical work has included concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Her approach draws from evidence-based and evidence-informed modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, mindfulness-based interventions, and EMDR.
Through her experience across different clinical environments, Gabriella became especially interested in the practical side of becoming a therapist—the parts that can sometimes feel much more complicated in practice than they did in graduate school: treatment planning, case conceptualization, clinical documentation, interventions, and translating theory into actual clinical work.
She created Stone & Bloom from a passion for making clinical concepts feel more approachable, practical, and beautifully organized for therapists and therapists-in-training.
