What do I do if I get banned?

If you believe you've been banned incorrectly, please open a support ticket through our Discord server and our team will review your case.

Before creating a ticket, please make sure:

• You're using a supported and up-to-date executor.
• Your executor is functioning correctly.
• You have entered your key exactly as provided.
• You are not using outdated or modified versions of our products.

Please note that free executors are known to cause issues, crashes, and false detections. If you're experiencing problems, we recommend testing with a reliable and supported executor before contacting support.

When opening a ticket, include:

• Your key ID
• A screenshot of the error or ban message
• The executor you're using
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your case as quickly as possible.

After purchase, copy the key you received and paste it into the key system when launching the script. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the key.

Double-check that you entered the key correctly and are using a supported executor. If the issue persists, open a support ticket in our Discord server.

Monthly Keys provide access for 30 days, while Lifetime Keys provide permanent access with a one-time purchase.
