About Me

Hi, I'm Marilen, and I'm glad you're here.

Like many busy professionals, I've struggled to balance work, family, personal goals, and everyday responsibilities. As a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend, and colleague, I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle multiple roles while trying to make time for yourself.

I started Stress Free Focus because I wanted a calmer, more intentional life. Along the way, I learned that being busy all the time wasn't the same as living well. Through my own challenges, I've discovered simple strategies for managing stress, improving focus, and building healthier habits. I'm still on that journey myself, but I've found simple strategies and mindset shifts that have genuinely transformed how I approach each day. That's why I created this space—to share what I've learned and help others navigate the same challenges.

Here, you'll find practical tips, personal insights, blogs, ebooks, and guides designed to help you reduce stress, improve productivity, and create more balance between work and life. I don't believe in perfect solutions. I believe in small, meaningful changes that make life feel more manageable and fulfilling.

Professionally, I have nearly 30 years of experience across healthcare, education, hospitality, and aviation. Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand how workplace demands, competing priorities, and constant change can impact well-being and productivity. These experiences have strengthened my belief that professional success and personal well-being should go hand in hand.

If you're looking for more focus, less stress, and a little more peace in your everyday life, you're in the right place.

Thanks for being here. I'm happy to have you along on this journey.
