Welcome to my Strike Back Self Defence store.

I'm Gulshen - owner and instructor of Strike Back. I'm on a mission to empower women across the globe with easy to use Self Defence skills so they can stay safe wherever they may be.

After unfortunately being physically attacked on a number of occassions in my work as a Pharmacist I embarked on a journey to find a way to keep me safe. This is when I came across Krav Maga.

Now almost a decade later I teach other women the same skills that changed my life.

I'm based in the West Midlands UK, where I teach my sell out face to face classes and workshops.

Now, you areable to learn those same skills from me no matter where you are in the world through my series of EBooks and video courses.

I believe basic Self Defence skills are a life skill every woman and girl should know and I hope by using my material, females everywhere will be able to empower themselves.
