When I think of strength, I think of resilience, determination, and grit.
Strength is so much more than how much weight you can lift or how big your muscles look. Strength comes from within. It is an internal power we develop and harness to achieve our goals. Those goals could totally be having huge muscles - but physical strength is just a biproduct. It cannot and will not be attained without mental strength.
So much of fitness is actually training the mind, which can be a challenge when our brains are constantly being cluttered with distractions and stressors from everyday life, eating away at our strength to reinvest back into ourselves.
