We have a no-refund policy, which means you after purchasing and receiving your item no request for a refund will be considered.

Issues

If you have a refund request, you shall reach out to the studio at the mail provided below and within 7 working days, we will revert back after evaluating the request. If the request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The mail refund request shall contain the following information:

Full name

Email

Product purchased

Price paid

Mode of payment

Reason for refund

Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like on sales goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and free goods.

After purchasing an item, no exchange policy is applicable.
