About Me
“My mission is to teach you to care for your mental and physical health, so you feel alive and have more joy and control in your life.”
In my early life I worked as a skydiver instructor before becoming a nurse. I learnt that people develop diseases and suffer due to the physical and emotional lifestyle they repeat every day. The health industry makes money from managing pain and disease but does not turn disease around to a healthy body and life again.
Personally, I’ve had osteoporosis which causes stress, pain, leading to weight gain, anxiety and depression. Before I knew there is a better way, I opted for hip-replacement surgery. I believed it was my only option if I wanted to continue living the life I am passionate about, including my work, family, and friends, hiking hills, growing food and adventures travelling the world.
When I realized the health care systems of the world do not teach preventative health care, self-love, and self-healing, I decided that preventative health care is less painful physically and financially. I’ve moved to an integrative, natural, whole life approach. Now I am a true health professional, which means I can teach you the process and strategies to take back your healthy life.
I practice integrative natural self-health, this is defined as: “working with a whole-body approach, teaching you to become your own therapist, taking natural actions to gain permanent health.” The quality of your health will depend on what you repeatedly do every day. It is time to focus on what you want, take steps towards that every day, while also practicing the art of being patient with yourself to retrain the brain and reclaim your self-healing skills. We are all worth it.
