Terms of Service for Summit Productions

All content, including but not limited to Roblox assets, graphics, text, images, logos, and software, are the property of Summit Productions, reselling these is against our policy and you will be reported to WASP and Roblox.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Store and its services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Store and any related services will cease immediately. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Summit Productions and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. There are NO REFUNDS unless you physically did not get the product. Disputing charges that are against our Terms of Service will result in us marking your card to your issuer as fraudulent.

In no event shall we, our affiliates, licensors, or content creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Store and its services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Store and its services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
