Avatar TOS / TOU 

1. Do NOT give my avatar files away for FREE. You must purchase the avatar through my page/Acquire the code from my server.

2. Do NOT Take assets off of my avatar and use them (Asset Mining). If you want to purchase the asset, they're located at the credits on the bottom of the avatar page.

3. Do NOT publish this avatar as PUBLIC. It is a private avatar and can only be bought from my store.

4. Under NO circumstances may you claim Suna's avatar as yours. These are my OCS.

5. Do NOT price split my avatars/assets in ANY way. This goes against my TOS.

6. My avatars may be used on social media platforms but MUST be credited back to my page. (Ex: X, TikTok, Instagram)

7. No Refunds for any reason! This a strict rule.

8. When purchasing an avatar from Suna, you MUST properly fill out your information. (If you entered the wrong information, I will not be giving you a refund!).

Asset TOS

1. Exclusively applicable to finalized products. (Restricted to completed models, worlds and avatars only.)

2. It is prohibited to distribute the files of Suna’s asset(s) in any manner and under no circumstances should they be disclosed to any third party.

3. Do not claim ownership of Suna's work as your own. 

4. The standalone resale of Suna's asset(s), including constituent parts such as mesh, textures and associated files is strictly prohibited. 

5. Resale is permitted exclusively for completed models and avatars, provided proper credit is attributed to Suna.

6. In the event that Suna's asset(s) are extracted from another creator’s model, you MUST purchase a license from Suna’s official shop. Failure to purchase a license will end in a blacklist/ban.

7. Suna’s asset(s) are authorized for usage on Personal, Public, Free, and, Commercial avatars. Asset(s) MUST be credited back to Suna's store. Assets MAY be used on Streaming platforms. Ex: Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter/X.

8.Individuals must acquire a valid license for the asset(s) to gain file access.

9. Your license only remains in effect when accurate information is furnished during the checkout process. Failure to provide the necessary details renders the purchase non-attributable to you, resulting in invalidation of both the purchase and associated licenses.

10. It is strictly prohibited to commercially resale any of the files associated with the asset(s) purchased from Suna's Store.
