All products in my store are digital downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a link to download your files directly to your computer or device. Please note that no physical items will be shipped.

2. What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and I cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to assist you.

3. Can I edit the files I purchase?

Some products, such as invitation templates, are editable. Details about what can be customized will be provided in the product description. For editable files, I recommend using programs like Canva or any software specified in the listing.

4. What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?

If you experience any issues downloading your files, please:

1. Double-check your email for the download link.
2. Ensure you’re using a device compatible with the file type.
3. Contact me if the problem persists, and I’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

5. Are your products for personal or commercial use?

Unless specified otherwise, all products in my store are for personal use only. They cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

6. Can I request custom designs?

At this time, I do not offer custom design services. However, I’m always adding new products to the store, so feel free to share any suggestions for future designs!
