1) Acceptance

By accessing or using our sites, services, or purchasing digital Seat reservations (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

2) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.

3) Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep account details secure.

4) Product Description — Pre-Launch, Read-Only MVP

We offer Seat reservations for early access to our budgeting app (pre-launch, read-only MVP). Seats may include digital perks (content, checklists, book excerpts). We are not a bank and do not provide depository or custodial services.

5) Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Seat price is listed at checkout (e.g., $19/seat). You authorize us (or our processor) to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any required taxes in your jurisdiction.

6) Digital Purchases — Final Sale

Seat reservations are digital purchases and all sales are final. Once access or digital materials are delivered, the sale is final. We correct duplicate or unauthorized charges.

7) Delivery; Access

Digital content and Seat benefits are delivered electronically (email, link, or in-app). Keep your email/current contact info up to date so we can deliver access.

8) License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services and any digital materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, or sublicense content; (b) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services; (c) misrepresent affiliation or make false claims about Surecurity.

9) User Content & Feedback

If you submit content or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it to operate and improve the Services. Do not submit anything you do not have rights to share.

10) Educational Content; No Financial Advice

Content is for educational purposes. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Decisions you make using our content are your responsibility.

11) Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party sites (e.g., Amazon, e-sign providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply.

12) Electronic Signatures & Communications

By using the Services, you agree to transact electronically and receive disclosures by email. See our E-Sign Consent for details.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, suspected fraud/abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14) Disclaimers

Services and content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surecurity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Seat(s) giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Surecurity from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act before a single arbitrator in United States, Texas. Small claims actions are allowed. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

18) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflicts of laws.

19) Changes to Services

We may modify or discontinue features or content at any time.

1) Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our sites and Services, including purchasing Seat reservations and accessing digital content.

2) Information We Collect

Identifiers & Contact (name, email, phone, address); Commercial Data (Seat purchases, access status, refunds/chargebacks); Payment Data (handled by our processor; we receive limited metadata); Device/Usage (IP, browser, pages, referral); Communications (emails, e-sign docs); Rep/Contractor Data (name, email, W-9 status; W-9s stored in restricted folders, not in open Sheets).

3) Sources

You (forms, checkout, email), payment processors and e-sign providers, analytics tools, and lawful third-party sources.

4) How We Use Information

Deliver and support Seat purchases and digital content; communicate about access/updates/policy changes; prevent fraud, handle chargebacks, enforce final-sale policy; improve Services; comply with legal obligations (records, taxes).

5) Disclosure of Information

We share information with vendors/processors (payments, e-sign, hosting, email); professional advisors (legal/accounting); authorities (when required). We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6) Your Choices

Update contact details, opt out of marketing emails, and request deletion of non-required records by emailing surecurity@gmail.com (some records must be retained for legal/accounting).

7) Data Retention

We keep records as long as needed to deliver Services and meet legal obligations (generally up to 7 years for transactional/tax records).

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure. W-9s and sensitive docs are restricted to the founder and accountant.

9) Children

The Services are not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

10) State Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Depending on your state (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of certain info. Email surecurity@gmail.com with “Privacy Request.”

11) International Users

If you access from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S., where laws may differ.
