Emails and tracking

The emails sent by the Survival Apps store are sent through the store platform provided by Payhip Ltd and delivered by its email provider SendGrid. They include purchase receipts, abandoned-cart reminders and, only if you have agreed to receive them, promotional emails. These emails contain small tracking pixels and tracked links that record, for each recipient, whether an email has been opened and whether its links have been clicked. This information is used to check that messages reach you. For promotional emails, it is also used to understand which messages are read and to improve future ones.

Tracking in promotional emails is covered by the same consent you give when you agree to receive marketing emails. If you have not given that consent, you will not receive promotional emails. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing through the link in each promotional email or by writing to contatti@survival-apps.com.

If you do not want your emails to be tracked, write to the same address and we will tell you what can be done for your account. You can also block tracking pixels yourself by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.
