Hi, I’m Nikki — a medical social worker, addictions counselor in training, nonprofit founder, and survivor of cancer, multiple sclerosis (MS), and other autoimmune conditions.

After 25 years of working in healthcare, guiding patients through hospital admissions and discharges, nursing homes, and life-altering diagnoses, I found myself needing the same care and support. As a single mom living with cancer, I relied not only on the healthcare system, but also on my faith, lifestyle changes, and inner resilience to get through.

But my healing didn’t stop there!

Through years of research, advocacy, and self-care, I’ve been able to recover not just from cancer, but also from MS and other chronic autoimmune diseases. I learned firsthand that true healing is whole-body and whole-life. Medical care matters — but it’s only part of the picture. You also need a compassionate care team, the right information, daily self-care practices, emotional healing, and spiritual support.

I created this shop to reflect that full picture. In it you’ll find:
