Avatar Terms of Service

By purchasing or receiving one of my avatars, you agree to the following:

Editing

• Edit the avatar however you please!
• At least four of the avatar’s original meshes must remain visible so the finished avatar is still recognizable as my work.
• You may not edit the avatar and resell or redistribute it as your own creation.

Assets

• Do not remove assets, meshes, textures, animations, or other content from my avatars for use on separate projects.
• If I created an original asset that you would like to use elsewhere, please open a ticket in my Discord server to ask about purchasing or licensing it separately.
• Purchasing the avatar does not grant standalone rights to any included assets.

Textures and Materials

• Do not extract, reuse, resell, redistribute, or share my textures.
• Do not copy my material settings onto another avatar or project.
• Please get creative and create your own materials instead. Kthx.

Sharing and Leaking

• Do not share, trade, leak, upload, or redistribute the avatar or its files.
• Do not upload the avatar publicly or allow other people to clone it.
• Each person using the avatar must own their own legitimate copy.
• I hate Gonzo. You hate Gonzo. Please do not make me use Gonzo. Do not leak my shit.

Uploads

• You may upload the avatar privately to your own account.
• A trusted uploader may upload it for you, but they must delete the files afterward and may not keep or reuse anything from the package.
• You are responsible for anyone you provide the files to.

Commercial Use

• You may use the avatar for streaming, videos, photography, dancing, social media, and other personal content.
• You may not use the avatar or its assets to create products for resale without written permission.
• Do not use the avatar for hateful, illegal, discriminatory, or intentionally harmful content.

Credits

• Credit is not required for every post, but it is always appreciated.
• Do not claim that you created the original avatar, assets, textures, or design.

Refunds

• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
• Refunds will not be provided for accidental purchases, buyer’s remorse, failure to read the listing, or lack of Unity knowledge.
• Please read the product description and requirements before purchasing.

Breaking these terms may result in access to future products, support, updates, and community spaces being revoked.
