Customer satisfaction is our priority! Due to the nature of all hair units being customized specific to each customer, we do not except refunds or returns. Once the checkout process is complete and the product has left the warehouse, Sweet Allure Hair Collection is no longer responsible for any items. Shipping fees are also non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from the warehouse. Therefore, we are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. ORDER CANCELLATION
All sales are final, due to the nature of the hair being made to your personal construction/customization. Once your purchase is made you will not be able to cancel or return your items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours from your delivery date. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. This policy does not entitle you to a cash refund.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
