I'm Charlotte Shaw, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist,and proprietor of Synergy Psychotherapy, a UK-based private CBT practice. My clinical background consists of over a decade of working in NHS Talking Therapies ('NHS TT', formerly known as 'IAPT') services, and delivering Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to treat personality disorder, in an NHS outpatient service.
