If someone needs an avatar uploaded please make sure both of you have the same files and got them from my site directly. Please let me know about the uploading for others beforehand so I do not suspect you two of going against my TOS and possibly ban you.

Nope. Taking assets off of my avatars is NOT allowed. Taking my assets off of other creator's avatars is also NOT allowed.

Absolutely! Feel free to edit it to suit you better if others can recognize the original avatar. I would love to see photos of the avatar in my server! I must always be credited no matter how heavily edited it is because it is still considered my product

You receive the rights to use the product but you do not own the entirety of the product.

No. Only you bought the rights to it. If you are found giving away private/paid avatars without my permission you will be banned and other creators will be informed.

When purchasing couple models do not give the files to your partner/receiver of the other model you may upload the model to their account only making the model private for only them as well as making your model private for only you.

Refunds are only available if the product has not been downloaded and with good enough reason. If these requirements are not reached there will be no refunds available.
