Terms of Use (TOS)

By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my products, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

General Rules

Nothing I create may be made public. This includes, but is not limited to, avatars, quest versions, personal edits, textures, packages, or any other files I have worked on.
No price splitting under any circumstances.
Each purchase grants a license to one (1) individual only. Sharing, lending, or distributing the package to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
If you and another person want to use the same avatar, **each person must purchase their own copy**.
Do not upload my avatars for other people. I provide **free uploads** for customers.
You may stream or create content featuring my avatars as long as I am visibly credited (T0NE?).

* Gifting is allowed. Please use the gift option and provide the recipient's email address and Discord username when purchasing.

Do not redistribute, leak, or share any of my files, assets, or packages anywhere or with anyone.
You must credit T0NE? whenever appropriate. Do not claim my work as your own.
None of my personal edits may be reused or incorporated into other projects. If you enjoy my editing style, feel free to contact me for a custom edit commission.
You may not reuse, extract, or copy any parts of my avatars, including but not limited to assets, textures, materials, shaders, bone settings, or other components, even for personal use. Please obtain all assets directly from their original creators. I credit every asset used.

You may not sell, resell, redistribute, or profit from my creations in any form, whether edited or unedited.
You may not use my creations for commercial purposes, including 2D, 3D, or any other derivative works.

My avatars may be used on VR platforms similar to VRChat (such as ChilloutVR, NeosVR, Helios, etc.) for personal use only. No one else may have access to the files. All terms listed here apply to those platforms as well.

I am not responsible for avatar issues caused by VRChat updates, Unity updates, SDK updates, or modifications you make yourself. It is your responsibility to maintain and fix your avatar if updates cause problems.
I am not liable for how my avatars are used or modified by others. I do not support or condone hateful, malicious, illegal, or otherwise harmful behavior involving my creations.

If you violate these Terms of Use, I reserve the right to revoke your download access immediately.
No refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will be accepted. All products sold are digital goods and are non-refundable.

By purchasing any of my products, you acknowledge and agree that if you violate these Terms of Use, I reserve the right to share your email address, Discord username, and/or VRChat username with trusted creators solely for the purpose of enforcing these Terms of Use and helping prevent future violations.

These are my terms regarding a commission<3 I have the right to stop your commission (refund)

Commissions can be used however you see fit, unless you are using the commission itself for profit.

Profile pictures, reposting, or sharing my art is allowed with the proper credit (ex. my name in your bio/description).
