TELEIOS Coaching and Leadership Ministry exists to help believers grow into spiritual maturity and to guide seekers toward a life fully surrendered to Christ.
Rooted in Scripture and centered on Jesus, this ministry focuses on teaching others to obey all that Christ commanded (Matthew 28:20).
Through biblical teaching, discipleship resources, and Christ-centered coaching, we address the whole person—spirit, soul, and body—in alignment with God’s plan for TOTAL HUMAN DEVELOPMENT (1 Thessalonians 5:23–24).
Our resources are designed to be simple, practical, and transformative—helping individuals, families, and churches walk in obedience, maturity, and fullness of life in Christ.

God’s Word is our final authority, foundation, and guide.
All teaching, coaching, and discipleship resources are grounded in Scripture—not opinions, trends, or human wisdom. We believe the Bible is sufficient to instruct, correct, and train believers for a life of obedience and maturity.

CHRIST-CENTERED
Jesus Christ is the source, message, and goal of everything we teach and do.
The purpose of all our work is to give glory to Jesus Christ, not to promote self, methods, or personalities.
Our focus is conformity to Christ, as true transformation begins and ends with knowing Him, following Him, and obeying Him as Lord.

SPIRIT-LED
True growth is the work of the Holy Spirit, not human effort alone.
We depend on the Spirit to convict, guide, transform, and empower believers to live out God’s truth.
Instruction without the Spirit produces knowledge; the Spirit produces life and obedience.
“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord Almighty.
