About Me

Ko Whaea Robbie ahau.

Ko Ngāti Raukawa te Au ki te Tonga, Ngāti Hauiti ki Rātā, Ngāti Tūmōkai, Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Ngāti Tūkorehe, Te Whānau-ā-Apanui, Ngāti Whanaunga me Ngāti Porou ōku iwi.

I am a Rongoā Māori practitioner and Pou Rongoā whose mahi is grounded in whakapapa, wairua, lived experience and decades of working alongside whānau.

My mahi comes from who I am, where I come from, my tūpuna, and the mātauranga and experiences that have shaped me.

My approach encourages people to ask questions, trust their puku mōhio and become more conscious of their relationship with mauri, tinana and wairua.

Know Your Mauri

What if you already know more than you think you know?

We spend a lot of time looking outside ourselves for answers. Asking other people. Thinking things through. Second-guessing ourselves. Going around and around in our heads.

But what about that moment when something in you simply knows?

Know Your Mauri is a practical pukapuka tuhi created by Whaea Robbie to help you explore your own awareness, your puku mōhio, your tinana, your mauri, and the ways you recognise what is true for you.

There are no perfect answers to find in these pages.

Instead, you'll experiment. Ask questions. Notice what your tinana tells you. Explore what strengthens or diminishes your mauri. Practise recognising your own knowing, without immediately disappearing back into your head looking for an explanation.

Inside you'll explore things like:

How do I know what I know?

What does my body already tell me?

What strengthens my mauri?

What am I aware of that I've been ignoring?

What changes when I ask first and leave the story until later?

This isn't about being told what to believe.

It's about becoming curious about what you already know.

Ask. Become aware. Trust what you know.

You will get a PDF (1MB) file
