You MAY NOT:

🚫 Resell, redistribute, share or give away the Canva template or template link.

🚫 Copy or reproduce the template for the purpose of creating or selling another template.

🚫 Claim the original template design as your own.

🚫 Share access to the template with other individuals who have not purchased their own licence.

One purchase = one user licence.

The original design and template remain the intellectual property of The Creator Media Kit / Simply Monique Studio.

Your purchase gives you permission to customise and use the template for your own purposes—it does not transfer ownership of the original design.

Due to the digital nature of The Creator Media Kit, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been accessed or supplied.

However, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
