About Me

Harold C. Clark has spent more than thirty years in commercial construction, on high-profile federal and institutional buildings, airport facilities, modernization projects, and large-scale advanced manufacturing — most recently as QA/QC manager on a ground-up semiconductor packaging and research facility, and before that as Sr. MEP Superintendent and QA/QC Manager on an EV battery plant. He has also worked the other side of the process as a county building inspector and ICC-certified code enforcer. A retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with twenty years in the engineering field, he holds a QEI Qualified Elevator Inspector license, an Indiana State Home Inspector license, a 3rd Class Boiler certification, and OSHA 30. He writes from Indiana for the people who own the building.
